1983 - 1996: GAUHAN & KING, Long Beach, California. Partner. Civil litigation principally on behalf of plaintiff in personal injury, employment, real estate, residential construction and other contractual disputes. Transactional matters on behalf of small to midium sized firms. Alternative Dispute Resolution.
